RAVENNA:
1 - Sant'Apollinare Nuovo, mosaic, 6th century.

ROME:
1 - Ancient Roman - CATACOMBS - Last Suppers, 4th century A.D.

1 - Ghirlandaio- 1473 - Last Supper, Monastery of Badia a Passignano
          
FLORENCE:
1 - Taddeo Gaddi, 1360 - Santa Croce monastery refectory, lowest part of a Tree of Jesse and Crucifixion with side scenes from saints' lives. Judas is on the opposite side of the table from Christ.

2 - Orcagna, 1370 - damaged Last supper (only two apostles left), Refectory of Santo Spirito.
          
3 - Fra Angelico -1445-1452 -  3 Last Suppers (2 are really the subject Institution of the Eucharist),
     1 in cell 35 in monastery of San Marco, 2 on the panel in Museo di San Marco.

4 - Castagno, 1447 - Sant'Apollonia, refectory of the convent.

5 - Ghirlandaio -  1480 - Ognissanti refectory, Ognissanti
                             1482-  San Marco refectory

6-  Perugino -1494 - Last Supper for refectory of convent of Fuligno, Florence.

1 - LEONARDO DA VINCI, Last Supper, 1497-99 - Refectory of Santa Maria delle Grazie.

VENICE:
1) Last Supper, mosaic, Basilica di San Marco, 13th century.
2) Last Supper, 1573, (renamed Supper in the House of Levi by the Inquisition) - by Veronese, for the Church of San Giovanni e Paolo originally, now in the Accademia.
3-11)  Last Suppers by Tintoretto - many churches in Venice have Last Suppers by Tintoretto.
Most famous by Tintoretto - in the choir space of the church of San Giorgio Maggiore, Isola di
San Giorgio Maggiore, 1594, to the right of the altar.

These are not Last Supper scenes per se (not enough people, seven or nine,) rather feasts after death for the dead in the catacombs, although the catacombs are Christian, but they probably have an influence on the later mosaic image of the Last Supper in Sant'Apollinare Nuovo in Ravenna (see above) where we find 12 apostles in the Last Supper and they recline on Roman banquet couches.
